When I first discovered Kinesiology, I really had no idea what it was all about (sound familiar?!) I found myself in one of those moments in life that I absolutely knew...THIS is what I need to learn...right now. The feeling was so strong that I enrolled into a Diploma course without ever having had a session with a Kinesiologist!

I always used to think I was a pretty happy person, I had my life on track, a good job, close family and friends, working on trying to live in the moment. I had a few difficult moments along the way as we all do but "Oh well, maybe that wasn't meant to be?" I never had an answer to whenever someone would ask me "What do you love to do? Turn one of those things into a career." That's great if you know what your passions are!

It wasn't until after working on myself during the Diploma that after a while I had one person after another say to me "You're so happy. What have you been doing?" that I realised I had been disillusioned before and was never truly, deeply, to the core....happy. But how do you know, if you don't even know you're being that way?

I love being able to give my clients the clarity they need to discover what makes them truly happy and what their life purpose is. (Hint: it's what brings you true joy, whether it's cooking for your family or solving world hunger.) Then we work together on increasing their confidence and  courage to take what steps are necessary to implement this into their life. Simple huh?

I have a Diploma in Kinesiology from the Australian College of Complementary Medicine (ACCM).  The course covers a diverse and extensive range of techniques, which at the Diploma level, gave me the opportunity to explore many of my favourite subjects in depth. Along with Kinesiology, the course also covers Anatomy and Physiology, Counselling & Communication, Energetic Sciences and Nutrition.

This year (2011) I'm commencing teaching at ACCM. Now I'll get to share my passion for Kinesiology and its benefits, regularly with students.
